Easter Bank Holiday Shipping Update

Over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, some of our team will be taking a short break and courier services will be running on reduced schedules.

Orders placed from Wednesday 1st April to Wednesday 8th April may face extended fulfilment times. Please allow a little extra time for delivery during this period.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout reflect the latest information available and are subject to change during busier periods. Once your order has been placed, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your delivery window and tracking details.

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with tracking details when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
• Delivery estimates are calculated from the day after your order is placed, unless stated otherwise and are not a guarantee.
• If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it for a quicker resolution.
• You may receive delivery updates directly from our shipping partner Forever Young International and see their name on your package. Rest assured, this is coming direct from Napiers.

UK Delivery & Collection

Applies to mainland England, Scotland and Wales:

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days on a Next Day Service, with estimated delivery in up to 4 working days.
• Free shipping is available on all orders over £65.
• For orders under £65, delivery charges apply: Amazon Logistics (£4.95) or DPD (£5.50).
• Courier allocation depends on availability.
• Free local collection is offered at our Edinburgh store. Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared. If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us before visiting.
• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and certain postcodes (AB30–38, AB41–56, FK17–99, G83, HS1–9, IV1–63, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–78, PH15–99, TR21–25, ZE1–3) may take 2–5 working days.
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man also typically take 2–5 working days.
• We’re happy to hold your Collection orders (excluding prescriptions) for 45 days from the date it’s ready for collection. If you’re unable to collect within this time, please contact us and we’ll be able to help. Orders not collected within 45 days may be cancelled and refunded.

USA Delivery*

Due to tariffs introduced on 29th August, we cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive without additional customs duties or delays.

• Standard delivery is $25 for orders under $150.
• Free shipping applies to orders over $150.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–5 working days.

EU Delivery*

• Standard delivery is £20 for orders under £135.
• Free delivery is available for orders over £135.
• Estimated delivery time: 4–5 working days.

Please check local restrictions, taxes, duties, and fees that may apply before placing an order, as Napiers will not accept responsibility for these.

Napiers is not liable for packages held at customs; returns and refunds in such cases will be at our discretion.

Ensure that products are legally permitted in your country before ordering, as we cannot be held responsible if items are confiscated or detained by customs.
