UK Shipping and Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Parcels are despatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st Class™ post. 

Orders sent out by Recorded Delivery should usually arrive within 5 working days of leaving our dispatch centre and require a signature on delivery.  

Please allow up to 15 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. The Royal Mail™ do not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.

"(vii) Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date" - Available Compensation for Lost items by the Royal Mail™

Special Delivery

Please note that for next day delivery orders must be placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or at weekends will be despatched on the next working day (excluding public and bank holidays). 

This service guarantees fast delivery times on a specific day, and must be signed for on receipt of parcel.

International Orders

Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK can be sent either by Airmail or International signed For. Delivery by Airmail generally takes 5 working days but can take up to 6 weeks. Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel enroute. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit.

Returns

If you wish to return a product to us, please email within 10 days of receipt of your goods to obtain a Returns Number which must be quoted on your return package.
