Contains: Sugar beet ethanol (alcohol), Aqua, Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower), Humulus lupulus (Hops), and Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender).
Adults: Take 5ml (one teaspoon) with a warm drink after your evening meal (6pm), and take 10ml (two teaspoons) in a little water at bedtime, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol.
Contains alcohol. This product causes drowsiness and as such should not be taken before driving, when operating heavy machinery or any other activity which requires high levels of concentration. Not all herbs are suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding or for young children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness. If in doubt, please ask us, your medical herbalist or healthcare practitioner. If you are taking any medication, please speak to your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
