Open the infuser and place your chosen quantity of loose leaf tea inside. Close securely and suspend in your mug or teapot using the attached chain. Pour in hot water and steep to taste. After brewing, lift out, allow to cool slightly, empty the leaves (best over compost or bin), rinse under warm water, and leave to dry for next use
