This dietary supplement was created to support your diet during the Spring and Summer months.
Nettle leaves are naturally high in vitamins A and B, chlorophyll, folate and beta-carotene. They are also a good source of plant protein.
200mg nettle leaf
200mg chamomile flowers
100mg elder flowers
Take one capsule 3 times a day.
This product can be alternated with teas containing nettle such as Organic Nettle Leaf Tea or Summertime Tea Blend. One cup of tea would replace 1 capsule. Nettle can also be taken as a food such as a juice or soup, or steamed like spinach.
Aim to consume at least 600mg of nettle per day in your diet.
Each capsule supplies 200mg nettle. Three capsules supplies 600mg.
