Damiana (Turnera diffusa) has a wide range of uses from reducing impotence in men, low libido in women, constipation, depression, nervous disorders, dyspepsia and reducing blood sugar. It can be taken as a tea. Avoid strong doses as it can cause headaches.

Kola nut (Cola nitida) contains caffeine and is used in traditional herbal blends and pills to provide energy and vitality, especially in older men. It is used to treat fatigue and debility.

Epimedium (spp. mainly Epimedium grandiflorum) is a PDE-5 inhibitor which is what sildenafil is based on. It is nowhere near the same strength and can be taken as a daily supplement rather than as a one shot wonder.
