A herbal treatment plan and prescription is discussed and given alongside lifestyle and nutritional advice. The follow up 30 min visits is 2-4 weeks later to review the herbs and progress. After the first follow up, future visits may be every 2-3 months until the condition is resolved. Fiona also encourages preventative herbal health care check ups once or twice a year for optimal health and wellbeing. |
