Nicola qualified as an Aromatherapist in February 2001 from an accredited school in Glasgow. She has professional diplomas in Aromatherapy and Anatomy and Physiology, and previously worked as a Pharmacy Technician, where she developed an interest in complimentary health. Nicola has worked for Napiers since October 2001, and has previously worked in Edinburgh and both Glasgow branches as a Deputy Manager and Therapist. Approach to Treatment Holistic Aromatherapy massage treatments involve the use of essential oils to improve physical and emotional well-being. Massage increases the lymphatic flow and hastens the removal of waste products. It helps to relax the muscles and can help to reduce tension and pain, and can also improve the client's health, by improving digestion, reducing blood pressure and improving circulation. Nicola now also offer Hot Stones Massage, a deeply relaxing treatment. Nicola offers treatments at the Glasgow Cresswell Street branch on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
