Martin first trained in Therapeutic Massage in Brighton in 1992. He qualified in Remedial Massage in 1998. Having worked for a large project in Brighton supporting adults and young people who were homeless and inadequately housed he received regular massage as a way of helping to cope with the many stresses and strains he faced daily in his working environment. It was discovering the physical, mental and emotional benefits of massage that led him to train professionally as a massage therapist. He is a strong believer that massage can alleviate many common ailments such as tension headaches, aching limbs and sports injuries as well as playing a major part in stress management by helping you to relax and unwind. Martin works with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and professions and uses a combination of massage techniques, including deep tissue work tailored to each individual.
