Ena Kirkness
Ena trained in alternative therapies while working long term as an Occupational Therapist. After training in Reflexology and Clinical Aromatherapy, a friend introduced her to Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Ena carried out her training at the Claire Maxwell-Hudson School of Massage as well as at the Vodder Schule in Walschee. Ena attends a two yearly Review of MLD either in London or Austria where she has also attended Ealing Hospital to carry out intensive MLD treatment on patients. This has been her Therapy of choice, due to its medical orientation and scientific provings. She also has a fascination with Energy Medicine studying Electro Crystal Therapy with Harry Oldfield as well as the Metamorphic Technique with Gaston St. Pierre, Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu ( a Japanese Healing Art) which has been known of since at least 712 AD. Additionally, she is a Certified Lebed Method Instructor, using "Focus on Healing using Music and Dance". Ena is available for appointments on Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning working at both Stockbridge and Bristo Place Branches of Napiers. Ena is a full Member of MLD/UK.
