Caro has been working within Complementary Healthcare for 25 years. She was awarded an Advanced Diploma in Counselling through Napier University in 2002 and is a member of BACP and a Practitioner Member of COSCA and works under their auspices. Counselling is an individual experience that offers the opportunity to explore thoughts, memories, fears and feelings in a safe supported and non- judgmental environment. Some people come to counseling with a particular issue such as relationship problems, low self- confidence, depression or bereavement while others find therapy useful for gaining a perspective on the past, helping make better decisions in the present and opening up more possibilities for the future.
