Caro trained with the London School of Aromatherapy in 1986 and also holds their Advanced Diploma. She was elected onto the Council of the International Federation of Aromatherapy in 1989 and set up the very first Aromatherapy Centre in Edinburgh in 1988. She has been working within Napiers clinic since 1990. Caro is interested in a full holistic approach to the individual and their healthcare and within a treatment will advise on diet and lifestyle and stress control. She specializes in back shoulder and neck problems and the links between the emotional and the physical and how our emotional state can manifest itself physically. Caro has worked very broadly in the use of Aromatherapy in healthcare over the last 20 years.
