Approach to Treatment Ann's aim has always been to promote and maintain the highest level of well-being in her clients, her concern being with the whole person who is encouraged to become involved in his or her own healing process and self-development. In her therapeutic work Ann integrates three different approaches (hypnotherapy, cognitive psychotherapy and NLP) whilst simultaneously drawing on her years of experience and training in the discipline of psychology. These three approaches, combined and suitably integrated by a therapist who also has the background and expertise of a professional psychologist, offer a powerful and rapid yet gentle means of helping clients make lasting changes and overcome life-long difficulties or current concerns to achieve their fullest potential.
