Approach to Treatment

Ally feels that it is very important to look at individual health and to devise a treatment plan that is unique to that person. She has experience in treating a wide range of conditions and will explore underlying health issues, including lifestyle, emotional well-being and nutrition.

Through her experience, Ally has developed a special interest in women's health issues including the menopause, hormonal imbalances, and fertility. She is now running a specialised Women's Health Clinic, at Napiers, Bristo Place.

Ally's work in research has enhanced her understanding of the medicinal properties of plants and current medical thinking, bringing together a wealth of traditional plant medicine knowledge with advances in modern scientific research.
